You can try new T-CON board.
You can also check some of the Voltages at these test points:
      VCC
      VDD
      VCC18
      VGH
      VGL
      HVDD

It does look like there's a panel problem.

Before you move on take the outside screen surround off, and check driver boards for damage, you could still find a fix.

You need to strip the fram off the Lcd glass whilst being VERY careful, then get us an image of the boards that are bonded to the Lcd screen please.

Also here is a tip if your starting a Tv business, never buy Tv's with lines on the screen and especially Led Tv's with sound, backlight but no Lcd image most of the time its the panel which if thats the case mares well scrap the set as finding a replacement panel is almost impossible and the boards bonded to the screen are actually non serviceable unless you have the right equipment which costs thousands.

Can I ask to have you ever fixed a flat panel Tv before this ?

looks like someone has over done the cleaning of the screen , but all other parts should be good the T.Con tested fine with the ribbons disconnected so the driver board damage was just loading T.Con down. Good luck and keep us updated how you get on with your next repair

                                  USB problems?

Recently I discovered my SSD died (OCZ/Toshiba 240 GB). It was in a USB enclosure, attached to the Linksys WRT-AC1200 router. Since then I removed the USB enclosure and attached it to my Win7 PC (AMD 8150 CPU, 970 chipset, 64 GB RAM). I also gathered one or two other USB enclosures to figure out what is going on.

(I suspect that I lost quite a few MP3 and FLAC files I recently ripped from my audio CDs, I think I lost very little un-replaceable stuff.)

I think it is IMPOSSIBLE for Win7 to have any problems with a USB enclosure as long as Win7 knows how to speak to the...

Need help to solve some problems with this laptop.

After working in bed with it one night and heating up too much (probably the cause of this problems) the sata HDD OS windows froze
After restart the original Sata HDD was not recognized anymore (but works fine in other laptops or PCs)

Tried connecting other good Sata 2.5 HDDs but not one is working in this laptop anymore (not the original nor others)

Before this had happened I observed some other problems:
When I tried replacing original mecanical HDD with a SSD HDD could not get them...

I have a Lenovo X13-Yoga Gen 1 that has problems with hibernation mode. When the laptop goes to hibernation mode - either via the start menu or after a time-out - after a short period of activity where the power-on LED flashes, the power consumption should go down to almost 0 and the LED should go out. Most of the time, however, the power consumption indicates further CPU activity and the power LED remains on, but there is no image. Sometimes the CPU activity stops after a few minutes, sometimes not at all. If the laptop enters this state, it can only be brought back to life by a long press on...
