The one by your thumb looks like one of the two HV winding is burnt (the MYLAR tape has brownish color to it.

There are 4 legs on the bottom row in your picture:

The left most one and the second one to the right of it is HV winding 1, the third pin and the fourth pin is for the HV winding 2.
So check the DCR of all HV windings of the yellow inverter transformer, the blue inverter transformer is not the same as the yellow one.
What is the P/N of this power supply-inverter board? BN44-?????
