So i checked the voltages here(as i shown on the picture).FIrst pin should be 3.3V , fifth and sixth 12v and 13th pin 24V. When I turn the TV on all the voltages are good, but after 1min all except the first(3.3V) give me 0V.Maybe there is a problem with the power supply board ?

I think its a powersupply problem , well at least the inverter in the PS. Can you give us a close up of the PS?

Sorry,my mistake. The TV was on stand by when i checed the voltages. When I turned it ON from the remote, all the voltages were fine! So I guess that is not the problem. What else can I check?

You need to search for the service manual. If you can find it then i will search for it tomorrow
You don't have any backlight , so either the lamps are dead or your missing the bl_turn on signal.

I found the service manual and I am reading it now, but i don't think the lamps are the problem because after 3 hours the TV starts working fine. How can i check if i am missing the bl_turn on signal? Should i try running the TV in SMD mode so I can check the errors?

So the TV was set on a stand that was screwed to the wall. When I removed the stand and set the TV on the original holder that was not on the wall it started working fine for 2-3 days and after that it started to requere 20-30 min and more to start working. It was a black screen (u can see silhouettes with a flash light) and after 20-30 min when i shut it down and on again it worked fine. And now it needs 2-3 hours untill you can see any picture and the picture is on the screen for 20 min and the TV shuts down automatically.
