OK, one more, please
Just when i thought that i learned how to unlock, i got one Surface 3 Laptop, model 1872, serial number 021311600957
This one just flashes the logo once, then switches off.
It was never opened until now. I hope it is an UEFI issue, not a hardware issue.
I saw some cases when the poster solved it by an ME region cleaning...
Can anybody help me, what to try to start this one?

I would like to correct my previous post: Your dump is working great, there was a bad soldering issue, the laptop did not read the flash correctly. What i don't understand is, that we resoldered it a few times, with same result. I was getting suspicious, when i programmed back the original dump and we got the same result.
Then we checked again all the soldering and laptop started working, unlocked.

Thank you for yourhelp.
Unfortunately, the dump you sent is matching to the last byte the dump i tried to write back to the laptop.
Unfortunately the laptop isn't working with this content, only the logo flashes one time.
Not sure what is the next step.
I read the dump with multiple verifies, so the dump should be good....Leave a comment:

I read the dump, i thought that i figured out how to solve it and wrote back the dump modified by me.
Laptop is not starting, the Surface logo lights up one time and switches off.
I attach both locked and unlocked dumps, could you please check, if i did it right? Before i could enter the UEFI windows, but was asking for code.

I programmed a new chip, now the laptop starts and i get the following screen:

Unfortunately we probably overheated the chip, because i cannot read/write it anymore.
Luckily i have the good dump, i am waiting for a chip replacement.

I tried to unlock a locked HP ProBook 640 G1
It has a 25Q128 flash.
Unfortunately. the RC Unlocker generates an unlocked file, which is identical to the last bit to the original.

Some time ago i unlocked already one with the kind help of a forum member, but i think is too much to ask for 5 unlocks.
Could anybody share some info with me, how can i find location of the string 3F which i need to modify to 3C?

Your procedure saved this laptop, it works now!
First i want to say, that of course i checked the screen with flashlight and there was no info on it. I also checked with external monitor on both VGA and HDMI outputs.
When i said "some kind of reset", i meant that from an angle the black looked different when it was off or on.
Now, the solution. CMOS recovery worked OK, but with a catch.
On a Russian forum i saw that someone succeeded after pressing the Fn + R keys.
I tried that and bingo! Beeps, etc and in a few minutes i got my laptop... -

I know it is an old thread, but i have the same problem and maybe i'm in luck.
So... I have a Lenovo G50-45 with AMD A8-6410 CPU and Radeon R5 graphics.
The laptop is turning on, power led goes on but the screen is black. From an angle, i can see some kind of reset on the screen when i power it on, but no backlight or any info.
I can turn off the laptop with a long press, but it turns of and restarts after 25 seconds. Fan does not spin, but USB ports are powered also.

Here's what i tried:
USB blind upgrade. I succeeded but still no joy.
I cut MON_R and MON_L as in the video. No picture....
I have the following voltages:
VIN_12V 12.4V
VCC_3.3V 3.3V
VCC_1.8V 1.8V
VCC_1.2V 1.2V
The secondary voltages are all missing. I can see a small spike when the backlight starts, but other than that, only a few mV stay there.
