    PHILIPS 32pfl3403d Flat-panel TV Upgrade Assistant problem

    Hi trying to update my Philips cause in retail mode not possible to get out from it i get this message in update site : Error message: no data exception. Your reference: Request ID (server_1930105)
    how to fix it thanks

    yours TV very old. no server update connection.
    the service as i know support till 2009 series XXPFLxxx4

      Update is possible via USB, search for 32PFL3403/D firmware with Google or similar searchengine.
      If you want to switch of the shop mode Press MENU on the remote control and select TV Menu > Installation > Preferences > Location.

        Hi i did it several times switching from shop mode to home mode nothing happened . same for initial factory stage the set stay always on shop mode.
        honestly i have no idea the meaning and the resold of the update i just try it in hope to fix it

          yes it is but it must be a way to get it back to action everything is ok with this set just that shop mode

            this because it switched to shop mode at service menu.. need to turn off from there

                try all code of Philips... as i know they have over all didn't change the code
                Old model they have contact points on MB need to jumper.. take alook on MB

                      Type 062596 MENU(HOME) or 062596 OK on your remote to enter the service menu.
