    Jvc em42ftr doesn't turn on.

    Hello fellas.

I have a led jvc tv model em42ftr that doesn't turn on
i get this tv from a customer that said after thunder day(heavy rain) in her house the tv don't want turn on.

The first thing i did it was to check the fuse and i find a short (no continuity).
I replace the fuse and as soon i plug the power cord the fuse blow again.
I decide to replace the power supply board and still can make turn on the tv.
I check the voltage going to the main board.

    1. 19v - 19v
    2. 19v - 19v
    3. 19v - 19v
    4. Gnd
    5. Gnd
    6. Gnd
    7. Ps_on - 0v
    8. Bl_on - 0v
    9. Dim1 - .06v
    10. Dim2 - .06v

there is a 6 pins connector on main board.

    1. -
    2. -
    3. 3.2v
    4. Gnd
    5. 5.1v
    6. 1.6v

power on button on remote or tv doesn't make turn on.

    Any idea can be appreciate.
    Thanks.

The main board is not sending the PS-ON signal to turn on the rest of the power supply, same for the BL-ON, and the dimming signals, all dead.
