OK, so if all the cables are connected, you do not get backlights to flash on at all, but if you disconnect the small cable from inverter to the T-CON, the backlights then flash on for seconds?

Capacitors replaced on Master and Slave inverter boards, now if I leave only the slave disconnected (4 pins T-Con cable connected) can see image on the screen for 1 sec.
With the slave connected the relay just remain clicking and nothing on the screen.
      Slave inverter board defective?

Yes, it does sound like you have slave inverrter board probem.
How are the MOSFETs and the fuse on the slave inverter board? Did you check them?

Sounds like a short on the slave inverter board, or the fuse is open.

what happens if you unplug both inverter boards and turn on the TV? You get sound and a pic, if you shine a flashlight at the screen?

Re: RCA 47LA55RS Red Light OK, Not power ON

When both inverter board are unplugged the tv don't turn on, just stby red light, but if I make a bridge between the stby (5v) and power-on signal, the tv turn on and I can see image with a flashlight

maybe recheck your solder joints on your new inverter caps, had similar problem after replace inverter caps, touched m up and it worked, but my soldering is pretty bad.

The solder joints are ok, maybe the new inverter board are defective too, how can I test this inverter board?

Re: RCA 47LA55RS Red Light OK, Not power ON

There are some things you can test on the inverter boards, other things sometimes read good, but they are actually not (like the transformers for instance). To properly check the transformers, you need a ring tester. Other than that, if a CCFL is bad, it would do the same thing flicking on for a second, then off...
