Hello Forum

This TV has flashing red standby light
when i press power the backlight comes on and goes off three times before staying off and back to flashing red light
during these phases the stanbdy light turns green

i found the status wire, between psu and led driver board has 3.3V
So i cut this wire and earthed both sides to ground

now the TV works

I suppose an LED has a problem but from I can tell the backlight appears equal lighting all round
Shall try to test with an input image video on HDMI

sharing incase this helps someone else

needs LEDS, you can see the dark patch
shall pull apart and replace with new

Hello all
I replaced with new LED strips and the dark spot remained
So I would have to assume this is a panel problem
Have thrown the TV out

Thought I would update since I was unable to repair

Them could be a bar connector problem, a burnt one
