hp Probook 450 G8 power led FLashing Orange and it doesn't StartUp - PCH Burned?

Hi Guys need some help with an hp Probook 450 G8 that when plugging the charger the power led keeps flashing orange permanently and pressing the power button nothing happens, no fan spin no Startup no nothing. 19,5V are coming in, Have 3.3 and 5V and some lower voltages also.
Nothing seems shorted apart the fact that when I plug the charger the PCH Lits up stra ngely, it seems burned. Need some opinions please

hp pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dy104np not powering up
Hi all need some help with this hp pavilion x360 convertible, board SLINKY 1.0 UMA, wont power up, no white led, nothing. I'm geting 19V up to the current sense resistor, but nothing from that point onwards. Doesn't seem to be shorted anywere, measured resistance in all inductors and they all seem good.
Charger IC is ISL9538C
Found no Schematics or Board View for this model
Any help would be appreciated -
Any thoughts? I've tried out disconneting the internal keyboard and plugged in a usb keyboard and it does the same. Might work for a while then stops responding, Touchpad wont left click and start right clicking with no user actionLeave a comment:

Asus N550JV Keyboard not working properly
Hi there need some advise. I have an Asus N550JV-CN102H with board N550JV Re2.1 suddendly started to behave weird, with almost no keys working on keyboard, opening random stuff, touchpad also working weird
Nothing has been spilled. Tought, well keyboard has gone bad, ordered a replacement one, installed it, and to my surprise the issue remains the same....
I'm wondering if the EC has gone Bad. Updated Bios also, but with no avail.... Does anyone knows if ITE IT8585E/FX has to be programmed? -
