What causes these vertical lines? LNT4066FX/XAA

Hello.

I picked up this Samsung LNT4066FX/XAA over the weekend and when plugged in it displays colored vertical lines all over the screen. Sound is OK. Would this be a T-CON board typically? I would assume so since we have sound and backlight are ok..any suggestions are much appreciated.

Have you opened up the set yet? On these models typically bad caps on the psu would cause this problem.

Also could be bad panel too, I have a Samsung sitting that has this affliction with a good working PS and T-con.
