Simply re-positioning that strip that is above the LED strip made it go away. So all is well here now. Thanks again for all the help.

Sorry, I couldn't help. I was at Disneyland in Orlando.
The last problem it happened to me too. I have cut to much, from the side of the ribbon and then the ribbon it's off to one side.
Usually I remove the panel completely(if you have to cut to much from the ribbon's length) and I re-position the two ribbons, to reach to the LED strips.

I'm wondering if maybe I can loosen up a screw that maybe I over tightened for the clip that holds the panel in.

Either that, or maybe I didn't put the ribbon into the connector quite right. I will try a little later.

Thanks for all who chipped in. Any suggestions for this issue? Anyone correct this before?
          FROM POST #19 -

The darkness in the picture was caused by the ribbon strip not completely connecting at the connector. I had to take this apart again to redo the tape repair as well as reposition the ribbon in the connector. I'm satisfied with the results so far. I may just keep this set (46) and sell my Samsung (42)

You have to be careful, when trimming the width of the ribbon. If you trim to much, it can slide sideways and make wrong contact or not at all.

Westinghouse LD-4285 stuck in stanby, short on mainboard?
              by Ifixstuff9
When the TV is plugged in the red standby LED comes on and nothing else... it won't respond to any of the buttons. I don't get any other signs of life from the TV.

I know that a few similar Westinghouse models had an issue where the backlight ribbon cables would short out against the LCD frame, but I have tried turning it on with the backlight ribbons disconnected and nothing changes. I also partially disassembled the panel to inspect the ribbons and they look fine, I even added some electrical tape to insulate them from the frame just to be safe.

              This TV has just...

              by ekozeko333
              Hi all,
I’m trying to recover a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7-14ARE05 with board DA0LS3MBAF0 Rev:F. I’ve run into an unusual issue where USB-C PD is stuck at 4.7–5V and the system won’t boot (keyboard lights flash briefly, then nothing).
🔥 The Problem Started After Suspected ESD/PD Fault
I experienced a power issue or ESD event through a USB-C charger
After that, the NX20P5090 power switch was visibly burned and was replaced
Now the PD controller always negotiates 5V @ 2A, even with known-good chargers

              Flashed...
