How do i test these 3 leg ics on inverter?

I am wanting to know how to test these 3 leg ics on my inverters, i see they sell inverter repair kit but i need to know how to test them? I have a good meter i just dont know how to test them?

I assume you mean these circled? Just check if there is continuity between each pin for each. If you find continuity or low resistance, it is shorted and needs to be replaced.

If they are in parallel and only one is shorted, it will show that they are all shorted, in that case you will have to lift up the pins and test them again.

Those are MOSFETs, not ICs.

Ok there's 1 flat pin on front and 3 on back but middle is only the half leg which isn't connected... so I put this in diode mode and do what's? Please be specific details, I am new and learning, thanks

The half leg & tab pin are electrically connected, this is fine. Only test the other pins.

So I put this in diode mode? And I put what probes on which pins? And what am I lookn for that's bad?

Diode mode. All combinations of pins. Both ways. You're looking for zero or near zero. (<200)
