No capacitance reading on the Poly shows none? the ESR will not be valid for testing the poly cap. What is value as printed on the Poly cap?
The Lytics cap should be replaced if they have high leakage current, they should be replaced as part of the cap set any way so you do not have to do them later.

With the MM on cap shows 0 also on resistance is 0 numbers on the cap are R75 MKP then .027 630 then S1 04LDK22

.027uF 630V Poly cap, so if it show no uF, then the cap is bad.

"With the MM on cap shows 0 also on resistance" it shows as 0 Ohms? Then it is shorted out, may be you mean OL.

Hi all I have the same TV and after reading this thread I did some checking. My TV turns on for a split second then turn right off. Could there be anything else I may search for?

Quick note if I ground the pin labeled R (black arrow on pic)on the Power supply then reground quickly the back lights will turn on or flash and show the picture. There is never sound though.

main BIG BLACK CAP is at 407 volts

v1 has 5v when on
v2 has 12v when on
v3 has 24v when on

the remote has 2v when on 0v when off.

That sounds like the very first set I fixed which had the "2 seconds to black" problem.
It was a broke cfl tube in the backlight.....

Even when it does show a picture it shows the complete picture and all colors are good.
What exactly is the CFL?

So could be a cracked tube even with good collor and full picture with no dark spots?

OK, we can do simple inverter transformers (8 of them) secondary winding resistance test and the fuses checking first.
There are fuses F101~105.
Then check the resistance (2K Ohm scale on the meter) of the inverter transformer on pin 5 & 6, 7 & 8 (NOTES; PIN 6 and 7 are tied together). TV must be unplugged, of course.

Ok those fuses checked good.
I attache a picture of what readings I was getting on the transformers.
Pretty obvious that number 1 is not working properly.
Can this also cause my sound not to work?
