I am thinking of buying this tv does it look like a bad panel or can it be a tcon board.Any help is appreciated.

Not 100% for sure, but this one in my picture is due to bad cap in the power supply:

Looked at the caps in power supply the looked good i took voltage reading of the connecter that goes from power supply to main board this what i got
1. 12v
2. 12v
3. 12v
4. 0v probably grounds
5. 0v
6. 0v
7. 0v
8. 0v
9 17v
10 17v
11. 3.3v
12. 3.3v

Can main board cause this problem i checked the tcon board fuses they are good.any ideas what else i can checkComment

You should write to each pin what it is. It's at the bottom of the board.Comment

I looked at voltages on power supply connecter it was on back said 12v and 12v gound then where 17 are it said unreg 15v then 3.3 stand by then ac off det and power on number pin.they all look ok except 17v should be 15vComment

Ok here is the latest update bought main board and put it in the tv turns on see pic then it shuts off and starts flashing code 14 blinks.Could this be tcon board or is it the panel.is there way to check to see which is the problem.Attached FilesComment

Well after replacing main board and tcon board it appears this tv ended up being a bad lcd panel just seems like lcd tv have a lot of bad panels.Comment

I have a Sony Bravia KDL-40V2500 that will not power on. The indicator flashes red 3 times.
I do not hear any sound and I cannot see any backlight.
I have tried disconnecting every cable on each board one at a time to see if anything changes.
The only change is when I disconnect AC-DET cable on the Power Supply board or on the other end if I unplug the CN7009 connection on the B-Board and try to power on the TV the indicator will stay on solid green until I power off.
My friend ordered another used power supply board but it is also doing the red indicator flash 3 times... -

i have this sony bravia kdl-43w755c which boot loops. After sony logo, it shows the android animation loading then it restarts…
from what i read online it looks to be an emmc issue…
i’m not familiar with this kind of tv repairs… i’m repairing laptops and gpu’s…
i took out the board and say an samsung 16gb emmc
i don’t have an exact replacement, but i have a few 32 and 64gb emms’s from laptops…
i could try to put one instead of the 16gb one, but will it work?
where do i get the software from?

Greetings everyone.
I also have Sony Bravia, model:
Sony Bravia KD43XF7596BAEP - Android.
What happend is that image dissapeared while we were watching tv.
Diagnostics:
1. TV turns on, no errors
2. Backlight turs on, no errors
3. Power indicator turns on, white color, no errors
4. Menu works on android, you can hear sound while switching channels
5. Volume up and down works via TV remote and via buttons
6. Tunner works, HEVC / MPEG-4 decoder works
7. I get audio from channels
8. No picture is present,... -
Previous owner said TV just went blank one day.
They attempted to open the back panel and yanked the power connector off the power supply in the meantime.
Easily fixed that and got the TV to turn on. Backlights come one with everything connected. Good Sign.
The mainboard shows signs of life (red light on digital audio out is on) but that's about it. Good Sign.
There is not blinking LED and the most importantly there is LED response and sound when I press the MENU button on remote control. GREAT Sign.
