Change the backlights. Turning blue is a defect of leds. When you say dark image I assume it's the blue your talking about since we don't have an image, but it's a pretty easy thing to do, as long as you follow a guide and be very careful with the screen and ribbons connected to screen -

Thank you all for your help here some pictures of the actual screenshots to get a better idea you all agree that it should be backlight fault but I am a little puzzled because it looks like the lights are blue as well as original and this tv has been like that for almost two years if not more and then everything works. Usually if there is a fault with the backlight then there is usually no picture or is it something that I'm missing ? Couldn't there be something in the settings that could affect ?Comment

All good blue lights happen, change em and you'll be good to go.
They actually will stay good and blue for a long time, not an indication the light is going to fail necessary, has another scientific reason. Our streetlights down here in Florida fail also and turn blue, kind of looks cool but it's definitely annoying when driving.Comment

by ChrissygizmoHello everyone, I’ve just been given a Samsung UE55JU6800K smart tv as it had white spots on the screen due to the led lenses falling off. After refitting them & putting the tv back together I thought it was a nice easy fix for a free bedroom tv , then I tried it before screwing the back into place. I realised that the right side of the screen was darker than the other side, I removed the screen again as I thought the backlights had failed but they are fine.
I put the screen back in place & turned it back on . The screen seemed to be ok again but different screens on the same... -

by dicky96Hi guys
I'm trying to fix this laptop screen
Basically the owner is a computer shop and they brought it to me with two screens. They said the repair shop they use could not fix it, so I thought i would try to see if I am better than their current repairer!
OK so I have the original screen which works but has lines across the bottom quarter of the screen
I have the replacement screen, which they fitted and it worked. They then put the laptop on one side for a couple of weeks until they found a buyer. When they showed it to the buyer, the screen would... -
by Ryan.manHello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!
My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.
This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen... -
by RozpHello Everyone,
This is my first post so I will try to be as precise as possible without making this post too long winded. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the original problem but I included images of the TV internals.
I have a Sharp 70LE660U. The problem started a few months ago with the bottom row looking out of sync and was dark on the left side and then fading to transparent on the right side. Shortly after, a dark cloud appeared in the center of the screen. The dark cloud started small and shaded but the image was visible. It also affected the menu area.... - Loading...
