I have a 17MB62-2.6 with fried processor but OK firmware chips. I can send you the dud board for postage cost, perhaps you can make some use of the flash chips.

can't find anything from the model number in the picture
the schematic lists it as mx25l512
shows the pinout but no info on how to go about resetting them

Just be aware my board is a FHD 32" LG panel, yours could be Samsung 32" 720p? Cannot guarantee F/W or panel settings will be compatible.

Doesn't make much difference - the chips have the F/W on them for that set up -- now on some Vestels you can change panel settings, cannot confirm yours will be able to do this.
