Got the board a day early.
Installed the D4 board and the tubes turned on and stayed on with green LED on.
It means that it's fixed. Thank you for the help!
I have to put the screen back and the rest of the TV, but first I have to deal with the broken white tabs holding the tubes.
It seems, like the ones below the PS become brittle and they brake.
My daughter has some clear tiny rubber bands that I'm thinking to use.
Do you think that it will b visible outside?
The bulbs get very hot, over 70°C. I would not use any kind of ordinary rubber band, it will melt and make a horrid smell.

I will used silicon then.
I have seen clear band, but I believe that it was in a monitor and not TV. I'm not sure what kind of material it was made off, it may have been made out od silicon.
