COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT! They took my money and never sent the parts, called time and time again and was lied to about how it was shipped, but no tracking was provided. Another call and this time it was being packaged (after they claimed it shipped?) but the parts never arrived. They like to put you on hold and then hang up on you, that happened to me about six times over several different phone calls. Its just a constant barrage of BS and lies in order to scam you and take your money. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! THIS SCAM HOUSE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!! I had to file a charge back on my credit card. They need to have their merchant license revoked!

I ordered a main board for a 52 inch philips tv on the 11th I wish I would have came across this thread before I ordered it. The price was great shipping was a bit expensive considering the size and weight of the part. And it is now 6 days later and I still have no tracking number I've emailed and got no response I've called and spoke to him twice and he says it was shipped and he works in the back and the lady in the office we'll email me a tracking number in a few minutes..
Well 2 days after that conversation I still do not have a tracking number and now my calls go to voicemail I am NOT happy with the service of this company and probably have to charge back my credit card

There's also plenty of negative feedback on your closed ebay account. All familiar complaints...never shipped and never refunded until they opened a case against you.

What a bunch of crap. I never scammed your company, my story is right here for you and anyone else to read. What's your response to that?

And you have many other complaints here and on other sites for very similar situations, or simply never sending parts. And your response is that they're all scammers? Sounds like you're picking up right where the last owner left off.

    Replacementvparts.com, RecycledTVparts.com, DLPking.com, DLPBulb.com, Usedtvparts.com, Goodusedtvparts.com and, electronicsurplus.com (All which were previously owned by Electronic Surplus Inc.)

Have ALL been sold to myself, due to the owner has deceased a few months ago. And, his wife, a complete sweetheart, does NOT wish to see another TV part ever or, to deal with any of the MANY scammers and NON-Technicians Public Ever again!, which she had previously dealt with.

I never understood, although since, they were Multi-Millionaires, many times over, (If you ever seen the amount of buildings and inventory they had) Exactly, WHY they never decided to go on some vacation to some Tropical Location. They were always concerned with their customers and, left everything to their family and employees. Such a shame. I personally, would have been long gone a long time ago. Some people are so wrapped up in their business that they forget about themselves.

I am the Son in law of the late owner(s) and have taken over ALL operations. I must admit, It has been quite the challenge to straighten out. I also do understand why they did lose interest and left the business with 1,000's and 1,000's of useful parts after I heard from many of the employees, that they were scammed by many people that TRIED returning parts that did NOT contain their Tamper-proof labels yet, they overlooked the repeated scams and let the people keep the parts for free, considering IF someone would EVER go to the extreme to pay for a part and RETURN their OLD part, that they MUST have been BROKE and deserved the part after all the work they did just to save a measly $40 or so. So, they let them slide. I guess this got onto the Internet and Many people tried the same and they simply got sick of it. Why bother stealing. Either you are a Technician or you are NOT. (Just because they read or seen some You tube video, that was made by a 12 year old, I assume that they thought they were full technicians)

There are MANY references to Badcaps.net on many notes all over the desk and, many of the employees have advised me that they BOTH have learned a great deal of information from Badcaps.net, which had allowed them to repair many boards and, give customers information which they learned from Badcaps.net. Many of the Employees (20 of 35), which are still employed have advised me that they owed Badcaps.net and, it's members, much gratitude for a great deal of information obtained from Badcaps.net

Therefore, I would like to extend my personal gratitude and, my observation of them and, will continue to offer ANY and ALL MEMBERS (Members ONLY) of Badcaps.net a discount of 40% on ANY purchase. However, I will change the code to a Discount code which can ONLY be obtained from the moderators of Badcaps.net, to MEMBERS of badcaps.net

I have read MANY notes which some members have been banned and, WILL continue to be banned for EVER, as a result of attempting to return a different board than was shipped that did NOT contain their Tamper-Proof label or, the serial # did NOT match which was shipped. I realize that the Economy is bad and all BUT, WHY bother ripping off a hard-Working couple?.]

The list contains FXDFireman, skafiskafnjak (Another Scammer), Rooy, and tvbob (this customer has repeatedly returned parts which he had tried using for testing. there are notes stating that he/she is banned also from MANY other sites for the same reasons. T

ANY and ALL other MEMBERS are welcome to a 40% discount off the already lowest prices. which I have personally lowered already by 20+%

There are OVER 260,000 parts in inventory housed in 4 different warehouses. There was previously 390,000 but, I decided to scrap over 100,000 boards due to their old age and HIGH gold content, which were from older Rear Projection, DLP, and, Plasma Televisions. I decided to keep ONLY boards which had a High Resale value and High popularity regardless of age

IF anyone ever has any questions please feel free to contact us @ (901) 800-9540. I am a professional Electronic Engineer, with Extensive Experience in Plasma Technology (I am a Retired engineer previously employed by Samsung Electronics) Also, have extensive experience in LED Technology (Both Backlighting and Edgelighting)

It took 2 1/2 months and countless phone calls for you to "repair" the faulty mainboard that I bought from you, when you originally told me that the turnaround would only be a few days. You (and your wife, I assume) lied to me almost every time I called, telling me "that will ship out today" or "that went out today" when that wasn't the case.

And when I asked for a tracking number on multiple occasions, I was told that you'd have to call me back, which you never did.

Then I finally get the board back and and not only are there 3 capacitors broken off which didn't occur in shipping, but there's no evidence of any repair or any ICs or EEPROM being replaced. I took photos of the board before I sent it and all the serial #s/date codes on the ICs are the same. I replaced the broken capacitors and the board still has the exact same problem it did as when I sent it to you, completely dead.

So I called and you said you would send me another mainboard along with a logic board out of a working TV, told me to email you at your personal email address and that you would take care of everything personally. And like every other time, I hear nothing back from you for 2 weeks until I called again. You acted like you didn't remember, and once again said you'd take care of it. Another week went by, I called and spoke to your wife (again, I assume) and told her I wanted a refund. She claimed she was "just answering phones until the techs get here" and she would "get back to me" (Yeah right).

I filed a dispute with my credit card company the next week and got my money back. Ordered a mainboard from another source and it works perfectly.

What a hassle and waste of time it was dealing with you.
Yikes! That's why I only deal on eBay.

Three 820-01700 32GB Logic Boards Same Issue: Won't Wake From Hibernate
    by ugamazing
I have three identical-spec 820-01700 boards (2.6/32/512), and ALL THREE boards came to us with the same fault, from different sources: The boards don't wake from hibernation with the keyboard or lid, they ONLY wake when you press the power button. I understand this is a very minor issue, but the boards must be fixed!

We will of course begin with the obvious (checking lid signals), but I couldn't help but notice these three boards were all 32GB variants. Has anyone noticed an issue relating to these 32GB boards in particular? I of course don't think it's a RAM issue, but it's bizarre...

A1312 (27” iMac 2009-2011) A1407 (Thunderbolt Display) A1316 (Cinema Display) Display Black Screen Repair

    Problem

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....

Apple M1 Boards & Exclamatory Error?
    by ugamazing
We've now created a stack of 10 boards that have the same issue, which we suspect to be CPU-related. The issue is very simple--the board will not boot to anything, only showing the exclamatory sign inside a circle. No amount of DFU/restore, wipe/erase, etc, will resolve the issue. No boards have physical damage. We went ahead and replaced the SSD nands on two boards (one 02020, one 02016) and the issue remained exactly the same. We are considering replacing the CPU on one of the boards using a locked CPU, just so we can see if it resolves the issue.

Has anyone else run into this...

Best place to source RAM chips? 8GB 820-00850 boards to 16GB or 32GB
    by ugamazing
I'm looking to upgrade several 8GB 820-00850 boards to 16GB or 32GB for personal use. I am curious what the best practice and process is for sourcing new replacement chips, and what vendor(s) you guys prefer? Another question is, how do I find compatible chips and their corresponding part/model numbers? For example, in the 820-00850 schematic, the DDR chip U2600 model listed (EDFB232A1MA) corresponds to 1x32GB chip. Of course, I would need 4x8GB chips to replace the 4x2GB chips currently on the board. How do I find compatible 8GB chips? Is it as simple as searching "BGA178 8GB 2133"...

Legion 5 PRO, 3 boards, same problem, NM-D562 Rev. 3.0 motherboard
    by hopkok
Hi friends, last week I got 3 same boards for repair (NM-D562 Rev. 3.0), same problem, power button light up, but motherboard wont start.

3,3V_alw and 5V_alw, 1,8V_alw and 0,75V_alw presented on all 3 boards, no other voltages. 1,2V missing and if I checked schematic right, I need 1,2V and than can be +3VS and +5VS generated after getting SUSP_N signal from KBC? or vise versa?

I checked for low resistance on coils, no low resistance.

Anyone with same issue like me?

    Thanks for any help.
