    There's also plenty of negative feedback on your closed ebay account. All familiar complaints...never shipped and never refunded until they opened a case against you.

    What a bunch of crap. I never scammed your company, my story is right here for you and anyone else to read. What's your response to that?

    And you have many other complaints here and on other sites for very similar situations, or simply never sending parts. And your response is that they're all scammers? Sounds like you're picking up right where the last owner left off.

    I disagree with that. What a nightmare it was dealing with you and your company. You strung me along for 4 months and I finally had no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card company while I still could.

    It took 2 1/2 months and countless phone calls for you to "repair" the faulty mainboard that I bought from you, when you originally told me that the turnaround would only be a few days. You (and your wife, I assume) lied to me almost every time I called, telling me "that will ship out today" or...

    Tvbob, let me know if you have any luck hearing back from them. Do you have a link to the craigslist ad?

    I purchased a Panasonic A board from them in mid-April. It worked but wouldn't tune digital channels over the antenna input, analog were snowy and poor quality, and HDMI didn't work. Called up and owner seemed very knowledgeable and said it was a 'handshake' issue that sometimes affects Panasonic boards and if I sent it back along with my old board they would swap the EEPROM and do any necessary programming to it for no extra charge.
