Working on the same model tv, same symptoms. No power outputs at all, start-up caps and others check ok on the cap wizard. R841 also blown. R841 value shows 0.1 ohms on this power supply DPS-379AP A Rev01. The bottom of R841 was blown apart but I could still read the value on the top side.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT! They took my money and never sent the parts, called time and time again and was lied to about how it was shipped, but no tracking was provided. Another call and this time it was being packaged (after they claimed it shipped?) but the parts never arrived. They like to put you on hold and then hang up on you, that happened to me about six times over several different phone calls. Its just a constant barrage of BS and lies in order to scam you and take your money. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! THIS SCAM...
