It's a different model but it still has th exact same issue apparently it's something something that happens to a lot of OL80T v's that has to take on board built into the main board but nobody has but nobody has a sure fire fixed for it
I am on board number 4 and still have the same issue...

Why would you stop reporting on this with so many people having the same issue and no resolve as of yet. I have a 49sk8000 same exact issue. I replaced the main board and it worked for about 2 hours then died again same issue as before. Since then I have tried 3 more boards and a set of lvds cables and I still have the blank screen with backlight and sound. Is it gonna be the panel? Tv isn't even 2 years old yetLeave a comment:

Right on bud. It did have those nurn marks on 17 and 19. I dont have another cable yet but imma try flipping the cable and adding dieletric grease to promote the contact and also taping the cable down and maybe it will workLeave a comment:

hello its been years since i been on here but im back and could use some help.I purchased this tv a few days ago with a reboot loop issue. I brought it home tested it it looped repeatedly. I opened it up snugged every cable and it worked.
Tv was working fine for 2 days then last night it started looping again but this time with lines and patterns all different each loop (see pics).I opened it up again and pulled t-con cleaned it and reinstalled and it works for about 30 min before acting up again.. i found out through research that the T-con currently in it is from a 7100 model... -
I noticed your post about a 46d64u TV. I have the same tv and cannot get the panel off. I removed the silver screws from the metal frame. The 4 corners dont move. Can you tell me how you got the panel off and exposed the ccfls? Thanks Ira -

ok well t-con came in today replaced it and the flickering Horizontal green lines are gone and so is the distorted images. still have the issue of left side backlight coming on 1 sec later than the rest and still have the vertical lines in the black screens.. could led driver boards be causing this? or maybe power supply board?Leave a comment:

ok so i guess since no one will/can help with this tv i will just throw boards at it and post the outcome.. mayb it can help someone else in the future

ok so i got my board in and the tv turns on and has picture and sound so main board was the problem but i have another problem.. the lcd has like almost vertical banding like lines and a thin green line that is horizontal and flickers and then sometimes the screen jumps so u have a jumpy image. i disconnect the tcon ribbon cables and the lines are gone so im thinking mayb i need a tcon now? Also when looking at the tv and you power it on the left side back lighs have about a 1 second delay from the rest of the tv.. pics are shown to explain better...Last edited by whatusername; 08-14-2015, 08:20 PM.Leave a comment:

Yea i saw that but that is just for adjustments.. I already got the fsm and did a bunch of testing and still believe it to be the main board. I ordered a new one will be here friday so i will update then....Leave a comment:

budm i searched but this is the best i can find but apparently that jumper is one they missed at the factory

If you get the back off look at the power supply. You will see a 46" stamped into the board in the upper left hand corner. Just to the right you will see a control with white glue on it. Know look straight down a inch or so and you will see a jumper MARKED JP852. This is a jumper wire. You need to cut this jumper with the wire cutters. Make sure it is cut and it...Leave a comment:

i found a free fsm for the 55lx9500-TA instead if the Ua model it looks the same so i assume testing would be the same..
i found the 24pin cable to main and with the manual got the pin out and measured voltages.. readings are as followed
tested / tested
pin: 1 = power on tested3.2v / Pin: 2= 24v tested 24.5
3 =24v tested 24.5 / 4= 24v tested 24.5
5= gnd tested 0v / 6= gnd tested 0v
7= gnd tested 0v / 8= gnd tested 0v
