I ordered a main board for a 52 inch philips tv on the 11th I wish I would have came across this thread before I ordered it. The price was great shipping was a bit expensive considering the size and weight of the part. And it is now 6 days later and I still have no tracking number I've emailed and got no response I've called and spoke to him twice and he says it was shipped and he works in the back and the lady in the office we'll email me a tracking number in a few minutes..
Well 2 days after that conversation I still do not have a tracking number and now my calls go to voicemail I am NOT happy with the service of this company and probably have to charge back my credit card

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT! They took my money and never sent the parts, called time and time again and was lied to about how it was shipped, but no tracking was provided. Another call and this time it was being packaged (after they claimed it shipped?) but the parts never arrived. They like to put you on hold and then hang up on you, that happened to me about six times over several different phone calls. Its just a constant barrage of BS and lies in order to scam you and take your money. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! THIS SCAM HOUSE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!! I had to file a charge back on my credit card. They need to have their merchant license revoked!

I have been following this post and I find it informative not entertaining. Somebody being sold bad parts or no parts and the seller keeping there money isn't entertaining. I wont buy from this website.

awww did i hurt your feelings ecking767? i'm so sorry i meant it was very informative not humorous! i think i'm gonna go cry now because you don't like my opinion or how i take things differently than you do! oh and just a note from what the posts stated they did get reimbursed for whatever they purchased they just had to go back on the credit card company to do so. so if they got their money back is it still technically considered a scam? not that i am sticking up for 1 side or the other just stating what was previously posted!

you're probably right! 1 time he is jon asking budm for advice on a power board the next time he is mike saying he bought the company and is the son in law and a professional tech. i personally wouldn't think a professional tech with all those credentials would be on here ASKING for help and not GIVING out help. thats the part i thought was the funniest he can't even lie that well because he doesn't know when he is dr. jon jekyll or mr. mike hyde!

Well it is day 12 since i ordered that board and still no tracking number surprise surprise... but when i called 5 days ago the very rude lady put me on hold and hung up then when i called back she transferred me in mid sentence to dear old Jon who told me the reason its taking so long is its coming from their Memphis warehouse and said gimme 30 min to check on it and i will call you back. I'm still waiting to hear back knowing dam well that i wont so yesterday i called my CC company to start the charge back process
