then you will need KESTER 186 RMA NO CLEAN LIQUID ROSIN FLUX FOR SOLDERING and Desoldering. unleaded solder melt around 450 F to 470 F. Make sure the flux is under the chip and use a good amount of flux.

LG-55-55LN5700 main board isn't a smart TV, yes it will have an EEPROM memory for TV configuration and other setting, this information is small.
smart TV store APPs and the TV configuration and other setting, so an EEPROM is too small and can't store too much information, So smart TV uses Flash memory or NAND MEMORY. they are the same as a Flash drive
This Vizio m65-D0main board seem to be using a SMD flash memory, which will be a challenge to copy, you will need a special adapter to start and the right program...Leave a comment:

this model vizio have a boot up process, the power LED suppose to flash amber and white, then stop on amber. Then you can power on your TV.

parts for this e701i-a3 and e601i-a3 model Vizio are plentiful on eBay. to me this mean a lot of failed LCD panels or crack screens. I will lean more toward the failed panel than crack screens. I avoid buying these model Vizio TVs unless it power on and I see a clear picture...Leave a comment:

I will check the power supply the +5 volts. your main boards fuse isn't blowing so there is no short. you could have bad diode or a bad caps on your power supply board.

I have repair this model Vizio before, and sometime found shorted caps and the main IC chip to shorted. you are in the right area for troubleshooting if the fuse keep blowing
