I got a Samsung LN32B350F1 (Model LN32B350F1XZP) with no video, just flashing the screen for less than a second when turning it on. Somewhere else I have read it is a T-CON card trouble, but since there are some issues with outlet the TV was connected to (no ground, inverse wiring, surges), I think the trouble origin is somewhere else. The caps looks good, and surely it is not about burnt fuse because there is a screen flashing when TV is just turning on. Should I get a replacement for the T-CON card, or not? Any ideas?
