Should have asked you this earlier, doh. I have a copy of mine as it is so no problem going back the way if I had to. Or I know where I can get another board at the moment if I really had to go that way. But the guy got the whole TV for £35 with cracked screen and possibly a courier cost but now wants £40+£5 postage for each of the boards he took out of it, and on his listing he has it stated as working board taken from a NEW TV with a cracked screen. But the guy that sold the TV had been asked by a friend to skip it for him, so it's not from a new TV as per his listing.
I won't bother now that someone is going to get a correct copy to you. even if you tried I think from memory it would be rejected as an invalid file for your board. When I did a data copy from my Au board to NZ I do recall some trickery in having to keep the model id.info file intact and adding the others so they would load.

Another thing that I keep seeing is one month old plasma TVs with cracked screens on eBay for £250 "just needs a new screen". And some seller keeps advertising each of his cracked screen lots as "faulty" so they get caught in my eBay searches -- need to find a way to remove him.

Don't waste your time. Ebay does nothing. I've tried many a time to report people bidding up an item, it sells and then mysteriously gets relisted time and time again. I've seen the same TV listed 6 times.

Generally it's been pretty good for me otherwise.

I've bought a few good deals on there before. I picked up a nice 32" Sharp LCD for £25, and a 37" Philips plasma (1024x1024 ALiS) for £25 too. I generally only go for "buy it now" -- too much bidding otherwise -- though I did get the 46" Panny for £71 (bargain!) on a bidding auction.

I think I can filter out certain sellers from my searches, need to see how.

I think what you mean is 2770 copy from TV to SD

2771 Copy from SD to TV which is what he'll be doing I expect.

Ebay can be ok for some TV's I have found. Best one's I have been able to get are LG50PS3000 with the red haze on them, usually picking them up for £80-£120. Quite an easy repair and only costing about £20. Sold a few on for £200-£250.

I've seriously considered picking up some of those. See quite a few around here and would make a nice cinema TV. Also, they're tweakable. The out-of-the-box black level is poor, but by adjusting setup/setdn you can typically get Panasonic plasma black levels.

Well things are not good for me.
Tried the data posted by Karl but with total sadness it has not worked.
Run a self test as per manual and said it was still 37hd. Went through the service menu and changed panel type to 42hd but it showed NG under it.
Ran the self check again and it failed, switched off and on again and it resets itself back to 37hd
Some of the settings in adjustment mode are different from that in manual but never went as far as changing them at this time. Not sure the difference it would make if any. Do not think it would change the pixel lines that it shows.
Begining to think its time I bite the bullet and get another board from a 42".

Thank you again Karl for posting the data.

It may be that the board is hardcoded and it's not practical to change it -- might even be buried in the exact software used.

That could be possible. Did think that doing a data change would change the adjustment data and the factory preset data to that of a 42".
The board I knew about on Ebay is gone now as well . I am not having the best of times with this set.
Might have to investigate the board and see what is possible to change between the working 37" board and the faulty 42" board.

As the Elitebooks (820, 840 all gens) only show flashing Power LED and flashing CapsLock (continuously) + a very soft "ticking" noise near the DC Jack,
I wonder if re-flashing the BIOS might be of any use here.

As far as I understood, steady flashing either means insufficient power or a CPU/GPU/Motherboard issue. I use the original 65watt power supply.

There are so many threads out there, but most of the solutions involve flashing codes, which I dont have or claim that you MUST use the original power supply, do a hard reset, reseat the RAM, clean the RAM,...

                              by Andre Gilbert
Hello! yes I know there is already lots of information about this issue. I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST50 that originally displayed an 8-blink error code. Following the troubleshooting flowchart, I ended up replacing the SS board. However, even after replacing it, the issue persists. The TV turns on and stays on without displaying an image, and continuity is confirmed on all connectors. What am I missing here🤔?
Ok Im a mechanical engineer ...but I thought I was able to follow a rather simple flowchart for electric troubleshooting 😂.

Promblem Signs: Backlight on 1 sec off 7sec > repeat && Red standby light: 1blink, off 3 sec, 2 blinks, off 5 secs, 2 blinks, off 3 sec, restart cycle

13V present on powerboard output. Backlight continues flashing after removing cables to pannel one at a time and even with both disconnected. NOTE: backlight STOPs flashing and remains on when connector between powerboard and mainboard (note Tcon built in) is disconnected.

Tried inserting firmware on USB and left it in for a few hours, but no change

Recently I've gotten into EC flashing due to my broken laptop(s) and started frantically searching methods for flashing the IT5571E-128 chip on the cheap(due to me beaing a student and not having a job) and noticed that ITE newer chips can be flashed via ISP (In-System Programming) either via SMBus or the KBC (EPP - Enhanced Parallel Port) interface. While these can be achieved with programmers like SVOD4/3 or the RT809H/F those options are WAYYY out of my budget so I was horrified. But recently I stumbled uppon some programmers on aliexpress that claim they can program a variety of ITE chips...

Hello. I am asking you for a hint on how to solve the problem with my touchbook Panasonic CF53-2 standart model. After setting up the BIOS, the laptop displays the wrong image until Windows loads. (More precisely, it displays, but distorted, instead of the Panasonic image immediately after turning it on, it displays what is in photo #1 in the attached file) Then the image appears when Windows starts loading and then there are no problems with the screen until the reboot. If you enter the BIOS, just a black screen. If you connect an external screen, the image on it is the same as on the built-in...
