      They look OK, I figure you are assign pin 1 as input pin.

          Found it hard to trace back the K fuse to anywhere on board, such thin traces.

          Included a picture with the wires going to the standby led tiny board.

          Black wire 2.7v
          brown wire 5.0v
          red wire 3.2v
          orange wire 0.0v
          yellow wire 3.2v
          gray wire 0.6v

              Sounds like you have a bad eeprom on the main board.. I found them on ebay for $20 preprogrammed Hope this helps

                thanks! I'd posted a while back about one I had (have) that I recieved after it's owner had removed all of the caps and I didn't have any clue about what they needed to be. Now I can finally move ahead with that little project I have had sitting behind my file box! I can just match them up on the images vs the repair kit list.
