You should remove the hook and put it to the side.
Then probe the capacitors I listed before: C97, C96, C94, C93; on the end closest to the "4558" chip.
Set scope to 100mV/div, 1ms/div, DC coupling.
I expect some clearly visible audio signals if the 4558 and everything before it is working. (Make sure audio is playing and volume is up!)

Pictures would help! If the waves look uneven, somewhat chaotic, probably audio...

That looks... vaguely... like audio.
If you hook TV up to PC download "Audacity", generate sine waves, and see if they look the same.

no douth about it, there is no sound wave. it was static. i have another board tha it bad, i may try to pu the eeprom into this one. What do you think?
Does this TV has RCA (RED/WHITE) AUDIO Line output, look and see if you have audio output at those 2 RCA jacks. Also on the sound setup menu, is there speaker on/off selection?
