eserviceinfo is a good one, plus I found this one a while ago with some more useful Samsung schematics:
http://arizanotlari.com/Semalar/Tv/lcd/samsung/power/ (has a few newer ones that I haven't yet got.)

        Re: samsung ln46a540p2fxza no power

So do you have >3v on pin 1 (PS_ON) of the 24pin of the power supply connector when you hit the power switch? You do have 5.1V STBY, correct?
CNI805 on the power supply board, pin 1 (Inverter ON/OFF), do you have >3v?

              Re: samsung ln46a540p2fxza no power

Do you have the display with all the small transformers as in the youtube video link posted by budm.

It is not much help just saying

"I have two lamp that reading are quite different"
We need to know what the readings are.

If they really are much different to the others, have you tried removing the transformers and putting the jumpers in position to fool the protection circuit, as shown in the video?
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

~80v reading is telling me that you are using wrong ground point. When you work on the primary side (hot side) you have to use the negative leg of the large filter cap as a ground ref point, not the chassis. When work on the secondary side (cold side), the chassis is the ground ref. point.

                    Re: samsung ln46a540p2fxza no power

Look that i was doing everything wrong. this is the correct reading:
                    cn1805
                    1- inv.on/off = 4.v
                    2-nc
                    3-pwm dim =0
                    4-gnd
                    5- det_5v = 5.v

on cn801 i got reading on the following pin:
                    ps-on = 3.v
                    sync = 5.v
                    stb = 5.v
                    pin 20 (gnd) 2.1dcv
                    pin 21-22 = 2.1v

on the driver i am only getting reading in this transformer bl121= 1.v, bl112= 1.3v, bl101= 1.3v, no reading on the rest of testing points.

I dont know much about this things but do you think it can be a probable that the problem could be on the main board and i has misslead you giving wrong reading do to my lack of experience?

So let me get this straight: you can turn the TV on, hear the SAMSUNG chime, backlights are on, but not pictures, right. So if you look at the front, you can see slight glow from the screen. If that is the case, then you need to check the voltage on the surface mounted fuse on the T-CON board to see if you have either 5v or 12v on both ends of the fuse.

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

                                            Hi all!

I'm trying to troubleshoot a Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen) model 1796 that won't power on. Motherboard model is M1007506-015. My priority is retrieving data, but the SSD is integrated so it looks like if I can't repair it it'll need to go to a data recovery company. I've done a little basic board repair before, but nothing this advanced until now. So please forgive my ignorance in advance. 😅

I found the boardview for this laptop in the forums here, and am able to open it on my PC with FlexBV.

                                            Hi all,

TL;DR - this laptop is driving me nuts with the oddball power-related behaviors. Appreciate any insight you can provide!

I'm experiencing a power issue on an Asus Probook P5440UF-XB74. Although I've worked with electronics and computers for decades, this is my first attempt at getting into motherboard-level component troubleshooting. Any help the community can provide is greatly appreciated!

A few weeks ago I was using the laptop (on battery power) for a Zoom meeting. The battery was running very low (long meeting) but I wasn't worried about...

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for any help I might get here

My Samsung TV is about 4 years old. The exact model number is UE75MU7009TXZG.
About half a year ago I started seeing occasional green frames pop up while watching movies. I mean literally green frames. Not the image turning green, but the entire screen turning green for a split second. This happened maybe once or twice during a 2 hour movie. So no big deal, but clearly something was not quite right.

Since a few days, the TV won't turn...

Samsung TV won't turn on ... keeps cycling the power relay on & off

                                            Hi All,
First time posting here ... my name is Kevin but my friends call me Journey.
I have a Samsung 75" LCD model UN75RU8000FXZA that I don't remember the original fault other than it wouldn't power up anymore.
After it sat for many month's I decide to look at it again. The motherboard seemed to have power regulation issues. After much fussing I decided to just get a new MB.
It came a few days ago and I installed it now just cycles the power relay on and off ... when on the backlights light up and then dim and then relay kicks off and the whole things starts again....
