Can we see the pictures of your main board? More likely you have bad SMD caps on the main board that the ESR will go down when heated up so the board function again.
Since it is not the same model as in this thread, you should start a new thread.

I would replace those parts as listed at this point.

Alright!!! I ordered all the parts and just replaced them. (Both mosfets, the fuse resistor, the kV cap and the box cap). It works like a charm now!

Hi guys,

looking for some advice on fixing my mom's LE32RB86 LCD TV. It powers on, remote, backlight and sound works, but there is no picture just backlighted black, otherwise everything ok.

Unfortunately doesn't seems like standard caps power on problem.

Do you have some experience if it could be some parts, because whole boards seems so rare on that old tv.

Another very common problem with this board apart from the conductive glue is dry joints on the transistor just above where the mains enters the board, you need to re solder this item every time one of these sets comes in for repair as it can lead to intermittent faults.

Did you check to find out if the SMD fuse on the T-CON board has abot 12VDC at both ends of the fuse with ref. to the chassis (GND)?

So there are two smd fuses above tcon cable which goes from main. On both end of both fuses is 5.26V in power on state.

Is there something known to causing this or there is need for replace main completely?

You should have 12 volts on the T con fuse, if you trace the power to the main board it usually comes from a switching transistor or FET whch is either faulty or for some reason has a low input, another thing you could try is disconect the T con board and see if the rail rises up just in case a short on the T con is pulling the rail down.

So even with t con disconnected there is same low voltage on fuses so problem must be on main. There is one FET near connector, should i try to change it only?

Those two are NOT fuses, they are Ferrite inductors.
What is the LCD panel model number as printed on the sticker?

Please up load pictures of the whole backside of the TV so we can clearly see all the boards and also the pictures of the T-CON board.

OK, your T-CON board runs on 5VDC so you do have DCV to the T-CON, so you need to find out if you do have 5VDC at both ends of the SMD fuse on the T-CON or not.
