I have a PC smps FSP300-60ATV (PF) from Aopen with problem to start up.Only after several attempts it starts .
I found several elco's to be bad :
    1) (c33?) 4700uF/10v FUHJYYU TMR (M) P10 CE 105°C VENT ø10mm L31mm
    located at ?
    2) (c32?) 4700uF/10v FUHJYYU TMR (M) P10 CE 105°C VENT ø10mm L31mm
located at the end of 3,3v ( to ground)
    3) (c26?) 1000uF/10v FUHJYYU TNR (M) P10 CE 105°C VENT ø10mm L18mm
located at the end of 5v ( to ground)
    4) (c23?) 1000uF/10v FUHJYYU TNR (M) P10 CE 105°C VENT ø10mm L18mm
    located at ?
    5) (c25?) 2200uF/16v FUHJYYU TMR (M) P10 CE 105°C VENT ø10mm L31mm
located at the end of 12v ( to ground)
    6) (c28?) 3300uF/10v TEAPO A3 11/02 SEK 105°C ø10mm L26mm
located at the end of 5v ( to ground)
    7) (c29?) 3300uF/10v JAMICON 245C1 TK 105°C ø10mm L30mm
    located at ?
    *******
I have made the choice to take RS to order new caps and to take panasonic as brand.
I chose to replace them with :
    1) PANASONIC EEUFM1A472L : 4700uF/10v ø12,5mm L35mm
    2) PANASONIC EEUFM1A472L : 4700uF/10v ø12,5mm L35mm
    3) PANASONIC ECA1CHG102 : 1000uF/16v ø10,0mm L16mm
    4) PANASONIC ECA1CHG102 : 1000uF/16v ø10,0mm L16mm
    5) PANASONIC EEUFM1C222 : 2200uF/16v ø12,5mm L25mm
    6) PANASONIC ECA1AHG332 : 3300uF/10v ø12,5mm L20mm
    7) PANASONIC ECA1AHG332 : 3300uF/10v ø12,5mm L20mm

CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME ADVICE if I made THE good choice ?

    Thanks

The Panasonic FMs are good choices. I'm not sure what the other Pannies are - perhaps some are FC? In that case, they're good choices too.

Its because it should have gone in the power supply discussion.

            Re: Fsp300-60atv (pf)

These are not low enough ESR nor high enough ripple handling:

            [NHG Series]
            3) PANASONIC ECA1CHG102 : 1000uF/16v ø10,0mm L16mm
            4) PANASONIC ECA1CHG102 : 1000uF/16v ø10,0mm L16mm
            Ripple = 560mA

            6) PANASONIC ECA1AHG332 : 3300uF/10v ø12,5mm L20mm
            7) PANASONIC ECA1AHG332 : 3300uF/10v ø12,5mm L20mm
            Ripple = 1000mA

All should go with the FM series unless you have a height clearance issue.

            3 & 4 - EEUFM1C102 - 20mm - ESR = .019 / Ripple = 2180mA

            6 & 7 - EEUFM1A332 - 25mm - ESR = .015 / Ripple = 3190mA

              @ original poster
so, is the prolem solved by changing those capacitor (ie. there's no problem to startup again)?
days are so short when you actually do something..

yes use the fm for all the parts you listed.
thats usually whats wrong with these fsp units.
its never good to see fuhkyyu caps in anything!

I replaced all these caps and with the ps tester everything looks fine : the ps starts instantly like it should.
I bought me a esr meter too ( atlas esr from peak ltd ) and mearured the caps that i replaced : the teapo and jamicon are good and the ones from fuhjyyu are all bad.
                      1.67 ohm,1.91 ohm,1.81 ohm,4.4 ohm,1.43 ohm.
I will place the ps back in the pc and hope it will last for a long time.
                      thanks for all the advice.

Panasonic TC-P55ST50 8 blinks then no blinks
                          by Andre Gilbert
Hello! yes I know there is already lots of information about this issue. I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST50 that originally displayed an 8-blink error code. Following the troubleshooting flowchart, I ended up replacing the SS board. However, even after replacing it, the issue persists. The TV turns on and stays on without displaying an image, and continuity is confirmed on all connectors. What am I missing here🤔?
Ok Im a mechanical engineer ...but I thought I was able to follow a rather simple flowchart for electric troubleshooting 😂.

Problem with PANASONIC CF53 laptop after changing BIOS settings
                          by AquaMan Ua
Hello. I am asking you for a hint on how to solve the problem with my touchbook Panasonic CF53-2 standart model. After setting up the BIOS, the laptop displays the wrong image until Windows loads. (More precisely, it displays, but distorted, instead of the Panasonic image immediately after turning it on, it displays what is in photo #1 in the attached file) Then the image appears when Windows starts loading and then there are no problems with the screen until the reboot. If you enter the BIOS, just a black screen. If you connect an external screen, the image on it is the same as on the built-in...

I happened several times, in the search for help from the web, to consult this very interesting forum.
So I decided to sign up and I intend to participate actively by making available my knowledge and experience on the subject, I'm a new user but at the same time I'm old in the sense that I have 4 decades of experience in repairing and designing electronics but above all I'm a great passionate about the subject.

                          Good day,

I have tried to remove BIOS supervisor password from Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 mk1. Model number CF-33AENABTG, unfortunately I don't have any other info.

I read the BIOS using afuwin, edited it and tried to flash new edited BIOS using afuwin. Unsuccessfully. Afuwin showed "Error: Problem erasing flash." starting with 0x00040000 and stoped. Then I tried many other options to flash BIOS from Windows without any luck. Finally i rebooted the device - and no post. Afterwards I have read the corrupted bios chip (MX25L12873F) using EZP2010 programmer....
