Is there meant to be a picture with this post - we would need to know the
manufacturer and series of the cap although I believe that high voltage caps
do not have the esr stated as they are considered general purpose.
It's not unusual for cap mfrs not to specify an ESR or impedance for higher voltage caps. OTOH, they do usually specify a ripple current rating. If you're replacing, 105C parts (or even 85C parts in a reasonable environment) from one of the three "Cons" or Panasonic should be safe choices. Just go for same value, voltage, lead spacing and package size (a few mm shorter is usuaally OK).
