Just note that a program like FlexBoardView will work better if you name the folder and boardview / schematic in this format (820-xxxxx) rather than the convoluted naming of your file.
By the way, there is nothing wrong with the last file set that I uploaded, I assume it's the boardviewer that he is usingMy YouTube channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiD...5d6OgizDqoi_SAComment

by mferna14Hi, my dear friends., Maybe this might be a stupid question or something I missed or do not know. I have 2 MacBook Air A2681 (Indentical color & EMC #), both LCD screens broken. Before ordering the LCD Screens I confirmed both worked with their respective batteries & AC Adapters, & they did 100%. The LCD Screens came in today & I replaced LCD for the 1st A2681. (Removed Battery Terminal cable for both Laptops before installation of LCDs). Perfect Screen & Booted up fine. But it did not work with battery. I checked the battery connector & it was seated in well/perfectly....

by reformattJust had a customer bring in a M2 MBA A2681 that had had a screen replacement in April at another repairer. Since then, she has been getting intermittent kernel panics. It's an aftermarket screen, and of course it fails in diagnostics as the calibration hasn't been done. The error in the panic log is "No device added after powering on the rails".
It seems the original repairer has swapped the board and the screen to other MAC's, and said that it isn't a screen issue. From what I understand, by doing a quick search on Google, this is in fact a screen issue. The panic relates...07-31-2025, 08:37 PM -
by kuba2102Hello people. I have undertaken an upgrade from 256GB to 512GB. I have another A2681 board that I sourced NANDs, resistors and capacitors from. Yet when I try to restore the firmware in FDU mode I get the error 0x23 (35) (error formatting the NAND). Could it be the faulty NAND or I have missed something? Thank you...07-03-2025, 12:20 PM

by Dylan JonesHi all,
I'm a beginner at laptop repair. I bought a MacBook Air A2681 that doesn’t turn on, just for practice. PPBUS_AON and the other always-on voltages are present and look fine. I did some diode mode measurements and got unusual readings (compared to reference values I found online) on LC320 (44mV) and L82D0 (40mV). LC320 corresponds to the PP5V_S2 power rail, and L82D0 to PP1V25_S2.
I injected 1V (current limited to 100mA, the board consumed around 86mA) into PP1V25_S2 to see if anything would heat up, but everything seemed normal. I did the same with 5V (current limited... -
by iMuhtasebWow it's been a while since I posted!
This is a weird case, it has a history of liquid spill a year ago but customer did not want to replace neither trackpad or keyboard.. fast forward for today:
A2681 turns on but not trackpad or keyboard feedback (or external keyboard and mouse) and then after a minute or so the Mac sleeps..
It's a NOT a sleep sensor or trackpad or keyboard or daughterboard or anything else (I replaced all those); it's the logic board..
Tested another locked logic board on customer's top case and it posted with keyboard and... - Loading...
