Not sure what ancient boardview program you are using but there is nothing wrong with the files I uploaded. Maybe start using a decent program like inflex FlexBoardView

Just note that a program like FlexBoardView will work better if you name the folder and boardview / schematic in this format (820-xxxxx) rather than the convoluted naming of your file.
By the way, there is nothing wrong with the last file set that I uploaded, I assume it's the boardviewer that he is using
