I used to dismantle my Dads car stereos since the early 80's...then started to built things using those motors and batteries, and right now I own a Small Tech repair firm since 1996. I was about to abandon all this but I really enjoy fixing a computer(Mac basically) or electronics.

Hello Guys.

I just got this Mac from a customer. Mac was dead. Tried Apple Configurator cause was showing 5v at the USB ports, and it was in DFU. Revived the system and booted ok. Was working fine for a couple days then Keyboard stopped working and Touch Bar as well... both together. When rebooted, FAN start spinning fast... logged in using USB keyboard and checking Activity monitor shows kernel task going crazy... that happens for a couple of minutes while fans are screaming. After a couple minutes everything works "fine" except that keyboard and touch bar are gone....

41 yrs Old. iPhone and basically Apple Technician.

Started around 1990, fixing Blackberry's and some iPods.

Now I own a TechSupport Store and a Hardware Store here in town.
