Hello Friends., working on ASUS TP412F (Motherboard Model TP412FAC Rev: 2.0). I have uploaded the Original Working BIOS Bin Files. Accidentally my DM leads touched the I/O pins & shorted the chip, laptop was working 100%. After this the I/O chip turns very hot & no display at all. Can anyone extract the EC from this Original Bin & if this needs a clean up, kindly do so. Does this I/O IC IT8987E need Programming?? Thanks in Advance.

Thanks mon2., I have a dicto similar board TP412C, only difference, components seems to be the same, layout a bit different. I removed RT6256BGQUF from a good working board. So I can eliminate this. This is why I came to know that this IC works on good board. I need to have the schematics or boardview for further trouble shooting. Thanks mon2., I have a dicto similar board TP412C, only difference, components seems to be the same, layout a bit different.

Logic Board 820-00840-A Missing EDP_BKLT_EN
Hi dear friends., I am working on a Apple MacBook Pro A1708 , Logic Board 820-00840-A that has no backlight. The logic board powers on fine, but no display. After Checking on the backlight driver chip, I found that the EDP_BKL_EN is missing. And this Power Enable comes from the PCH. So does this means this Logic board cannot be repaired & brought back to life again? The resistance from GRD to the test point of EDP_BKL_EN is around is 0.66M ohms. R8442 (0ohms) is ok. Any suggestion/Tip if any would really appreciate. Hi dear friends., I am working on a Apple MacBook Pro A1708

Dear friends., I got the ohms readings. I soldered back the RT6256BGQUF & the inductor. Only removed the IO chip. Turned it on without the IO chip but still this chip RT6256BGQUF gets hot. Anyway the readings are as below:
BOOT (Pin 1) 1.3M
LX (Pin 2 & Pin 3 OUTPUT 3.3V) 3.6K
PGND (Pin 4) 0 Ohms
VIN (Pin 5) 17K
EN (Pin 6) 49K
PGOOD (Pin 7) 159K
AGDD (Pin 8) 0 ohms
VCC (Pin 9) 367K
VOUT (Pin 10) 3.6K
LDO3 (Pin 11) 13.5K
FF (Pin 12) 19.4K
Thank you for the help

ASUS TP412F 3.3V Regulator chip gets very hot
Hi all., I am working an ASUS TP412F., motherboard Model TP412FAC R: 2.0. The problem I am facing is the 3.3 buck converter (L8=7J RT6256BGQUF) gets very hot when 19v is applied through DC-in jack. I don't think Schematics or Boardview is availble for this model. The chip get so hot that I can't even take the voltages of the pins. I replaced the chip but the problem is still there, new chip even gets very hot. The input on pin 5, 19v is present. So I removed the Output coil & the chip & checked the voltages on the chip pads which are as below: Please view if any volts seem to be abnormal....

Hi all my friends., does anyone want to share the Schematics or Boardview for this ASUS motherboard Model TP412FAC R: 2.0. The problem I am facing is the 3.3 regulator (L8=7J RT6256BGQUF) is getting very hot when 19v is applied through DC-in jack. Schematics or Boardview will be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Hello., I am working on this ACER Laptop Model: A515-54-5812. The Laptop works fine., But after about any moment & time the LCD Screen goes blank & unless & until the Notebook is not turned off & turned on after a while, then only I can see the display again. I just need the Original BIOS to be cleaned, hopefully this may be the problem. I have uploaded the Original BIOS Bin File.

I did not try @rex98 as I had to reprogram the main BIOS again & would be a longer process. Anyway GREAT help both of you guys.
