I have no idea why people misguide so much. The video at one instance might resolve the problem, but if there is a physical hardware problem, might never resolve. Anyway I have come up a solution & this is really working fine with me. I replaced & did all what was suggested on the web but none worked. If one is good at soldering, Just remove the SD card chip from the Sub Board, all will work fine, audio even is perfect. Either replace with new chip RTS5146 (Could not find this chip on AE) or leave it as is, & inform the laptop user to use external USB card reader module, much cheaper...Leave a comment:

Dear Friends., I have having a problem with this Laptop. It turn on when battery removed & then turns on with the power Adapter. But when I put back the battery, it works fine & charges well & the laptop works fine. I am assuming this is a BIOS problem. I am uploading both Original16MB & 8MB BIOS which is on the motherboard. Pls. if someone can re-build this BIOS for me, I would appreciate. Thanks in advance.

820-01521-A (MacBook Air A1932 2019) stuck on 5V
Hi all dear friend., today I am working on 820-01521-A logic board (MacBook Air A1932 2019) stuck on 5V .19 milliamps. The history of this logic board was liquid spill on major components. First gave a good cleanup & both CD3215C00Z were getting very hot, so I replaced both. Now on the 12V coil, there is only 5v present & 3.3V is perfect. In some area like PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3HRTC , PPBUS_G3H_TPAD etc., 12V is perfect. On the 5v coil .2 volts only. I checked the enable signal on the regulator chip, enable is NOT present. The logic board is very clean, I do not see any signs of spill anymore.... -

mon2., Want to verify that this model Lenovo motherboard takes PWR_DCBATOUT as 13.18V & throughout the motherboard on this rail???? The INPUT to the first MOSFET PU4403 is 19v... But once the voltage is out from this MOSEFT, there is voltage drops to 13.18V & on this inductor PL4401 it even drops to 10.90v. The output of the 2nd MOSFET PU4405 is 13.18V ... Similar to the Dell & Hp newer motherboard I guess!!! The 3.3V & 5V comes on fine in the start & stays for a whiile, then fluctuates, & no voltage on these 2 output inductors. 3D3V_S0 is not present at all. Thanks de...Leave a comment:

Lenovo Flex 5 15IIL05 not turning on
Dear precious friends., I am working on a Lenovo Flex 5 15IIL05 (Motherboard LC55-15C 19792-1 448.0K105.0011). The problem with it, does not turn on at all. I see the battery charging LED but no response from the power button. Output coils 3.3V & 5v are perfect. LDO 3V is also present, I measured this on the power button. The on/off button is working perfectly. I re-programmed with new bin files & the status is still the same. I do not see any abnormal voltage & any Shorts or any kind of liquid spill. The MB is clean. I am using this schematics Lenovo Flex 5-14IIL05 19792-1, seems... -
Dear Friends., can someone pls. rebuild the Lenovo BIOS of mine. Shows battery charging, 3.3v & 5V present, but does not turn on at all. LDO is even fine 3V. Assuming it's the BIOS problem. I have uploaded the Original BIOS. Thanks in advance.

Hi Friends., can anyone re-build this BIOS & make the required changes. I tried the Bin files on Post #60 & my laptop gave good display & boots up too. The only reason I am getting the Bitlocker screen is due to the serial # & asset tag # & also shows Model shows as Inspiron 5415. The fan is evening spinning fast & the keyboard beeps when any key pressed. Uploaded the Original BIOS. Thanks in advance

Thanks mon2., the current draw is stable to .19amp, does not increase or decrease.I checked for shorts, cannot find anywhere, ever coil & caps have resistence. more than 2K. Enable pins of what?? IC (CD3217B12) you mean??I checked the voltages, only the G3H (20v) is missing. Rest the 12v & LDO voltages are fine & present, only goes when the logic board resets again.Leave a comment:
