Best to tag [USER="342897"]whizkidz[/USER] seeing as he is the kind person tot made the boardview. I don't think that he can fix the schematic but he should be able to fix his boardview after confirming your findings. Also I am pretty sure that the boardview is generated totally independently of the schematic. Thanks for the upload [USER="154572"]bastien[/USER] Just note that these boardviews do not have board outlines. When somebody who we all know gets time he may be kind enough to add them if he can get a good scan of the actual boards.

I find it unusual and quite selfish that there must be members here who have these, but haven't posted the files up for the community.
It's bad enough that Vinafix sells all this stuff rather than sharing it.
Anyway, I am not like that and I received these today so I will share them here.

Not released AFAIK, plus according to LogiWiki, the board number is 820-02918 for 2023 MacBook Pro 14" M3 so you need to be searching on that rather than what you are stating is the board number in this post. AFAIK, all Macbook board number start with 820-xxxxx...

If you search for a part in FBV it will go through all your boardview/schematic files in the FBV directory and tell you if that part is available on any set of files in that directory.

I had a similar issue with a camera inductor on an A2338 recently. Still had continuity but wasn't passing the full 5v through.
That U5100 is available on some other boards too, as revealed by [USER="59997"]inflex[/USER] FlexBoardView softwareinflexgood job.

As you may be aware, the keyboard/ track pad communicate using the USB protocol prior to login and in recovery. They then switch to SPI communication after login. Therefore I would be look at the data function of the USB ports. If you have any sort ot drive with a data activity LED, you can see if there is any activity on the ports data wise. -

Yes, I just confirmed this on an actual logic board too. As far as I see it the schematic is wrong and this cannot be corrected AFAIK. Hence the board view is incorrect because I assume it is following the schematic. It's a tricky situation for @whizkidz...Leave a comment:
