Have you already wrote another file on the 16MB chip?

The file still not good, I don't know if that is happening because you chose the wrong chip or what. Which programmer do you use? Do you write the chip name or use auto detect?

yes unfortunately i did write another file, so i saved first the file which you said it was wrong, than i wrote the file from this topic and that's how laptop worked, i guess now i don't have the orginial file, i am using rth809h

Which file is working fine but showing you another Service Tag? The file in which post?

Try this BIOS, if it works fine go to BIOS menu and Insert your Service Tag then save and exit. After that if you see Manufacturing Mode message, press ALT+F to remove it.
