It didn't work, the same users are still there
First boot load bios factory defaults, save and exit and then at the next boot disable security options
You must fill your DMI manually.Attached Files

hello, i have a elitebook 830 g6 with no sound working (in windows os) after a bios update from windows update. i also noticed that in bios it shows:
Me Firmware Mode: Recovery Mode (attach picture)
i tried:
driver update/reinstall
windows 10 clean install + driver
windows 11 clean install + driver
cmos reset
reset with power+mute button
bios upgrade/downgrade
bios recovery from usb and key shortcut on boot
but still no audio...
so i tried to dump bios for flash a clean me fw, but in FIT.exe tool (tried various versions) i gave some error opening the dump:
Error 9: failed to decompose image
Error 42: failed to open with processed commands
Unable to open file c:\users..... Reverting to default configuration.
i attach the 32mb dump
notebook info:
HP ELITEBOOK 830 G6

S/N: 5CG015D4V8
can anyone help?
thank you
