I have a problem unlocking the bios of an Elitebook 830 G6, i used the HPUNLOCKER tool, but the bin remains locked after writing it back.

Can anyone clear it for me? or if there is new tips for the 8th gen, it would be appreciated

I have a Hp 830 G6 SN# 5CG9345RKN corrupt I believe. Turns on but fan goes to high and nothing on the screen. Did hard reset and changed ram and checked bios battery but get the same. Dump is attached. I think the board number is L64980-601 Thanks in advance!

your bios has ME Region corrupted and can't be open with FIT. is a very old version of bios (01.06.00) and this version is no longer on hp site. Try ver. 01.23.00 with your DMI.

I really do not know how to add my DMI to your file. I could read the old one I think. (see pic) still very new working with bios repair.

For the heck of it I used the bin you made and loaded it but still get the same results.
