CPU VOLTAGE 1.8 !!...Strange value !
I think it's a commun issue in this motherboard , i got same one with same behaviour ( [FONT=Lato][SIZE=16px]didn't check motherbord yet[/SIZE][/FONT]).
I start to make some research so that what i found , maybe it help :
[B]The Core i3-5005U [/B]is an ULV (ultra low voltage)
You can use LA-B843P (Broadwell CPU, i3-5005U is the same) to help you.
I think your cpu core ic is [FONT=Lato][SIZE=16px]ISL95813 Page 45/46...so
1 - measure all pins resistance
2 - measure cpu coil resistance

you will find many post with a clean dump here..so try it...Leave a comment:

First boot load bios factory defaults, save and exit and then at the next boot disable security options
You must fill your DMI manually.
