HP 640 G2 bios lost original dump

Hello,
I have a problem with my HP 640 g2, unfortunately I lost the original bios dump, I tried to flash some bios that I found on the forum but the only thing I got was the caps lock and num lock keys flashing, searching on the web I found that these indicate a "BIOS authentication failure" could someone help me? thanks

So i found the original dump but the computer still does not turn on, I also need to remove the password

Try this one, I replaced bios from website and cleaned ME, I don't know how to take out password, so let's hope that at least it will turn on.

25q128fvsq not recognized 640 g2

As RethoricalCheese recommended I use raspberry pi in combination with clip pomona. It works fast and stable. Only with HP 640 g2 with 25q128fvsq the chip is not recognized. I tried some laptops but without success. Can anyone there help me?

Attach the clip then attach the charger,see if that helps

thank you for your answer, but not recognition.

I put it on 650 g1/ folio / 6570b ect and it does work. With 640 g2 not working trying 5 laptops now.

Any suggestions are welcome!

It works now ,

i had to work without any charger opposite of the other models.

but why? no idea

Hello everyone. I have a problem with the bios on hp 650 g2 where some errors occurred during reading and a deletion of certain data from the bios, which worked before that, but was locked. With the original bios there is no picture,2 long, 2 short beeps, and with the bios from the link below it throws out the error when turning on "machine is in commited state". Thanks.

thanks. With this dump, laptop also turns on with red message machine boots in manufacturing programing mod.

Try this one. BTW if your original file problem is a password, you can unlock it with RCUlocker tool without using another file.

I ran this through Rculocker tool and am now getting machine not in a committed state , any quick fixes for this?

the laptop is working with one of the files have downloaded from one post in this website but it gives red line saying that im on the manufacturing programing mode , is there anyway to fix it , couldint find dmi tool for this laptop, i attatched the original corrupted file if someone can help
