My bad. The laptop's condition is so poor that the paint and the stickers were completely worn off / erased.
I had to make wild guesses to get the numbers right. I guess the SN is 934H593,...

Hi Need chip dumps for this model (Latitude 7310).
When I power it on, only the keyboard and power LED light up for about 3 secs before all shuts off

If possible try reading the MAIN BIOS again...Leave a comment:

Flash back the unlocked dump, normally the laptop would start just fine and counting (manufacturing mode) then try using BCU again
If it doens't work then you have probably damaged the eprom IC with heat, in that case try replacing the BIOS chip...Leave a comment:

The charging LED being perm lit suggested to me that the bios isn't being read (faulty ic maybe)

I still haven't figured out a solution for this one.. When I try the MAIN patching method the laptop doesn't start and whenever I press power button the caplocks keeps blink..
