does anyone have an older version of the bios for it? it seems to me that the new one is somehow faulty from what I look at on the internet. I'm coming back to the topic of this computer.

I had the same problem, in the end the problem turned out to be in the RAM memory

Did you replace all the RAM chips on both sides? I wonder if it will start if I desolder the chips individually or if it needs a complete set. I haven't looked at the diagram yet to see if they need to be in a complete set for it to start.
