Since you already know "Clear ME", I only post the file that has not "lear ME" here, you can do it yourself, open it with Fit tool 12.

Next time you encounter this situation, just take the ME area from another file to replace it.

I use this bios and worked fine on at least 3 different laptops.
Be patient , the laptop will restart several times sometime for short period sometimes for longer...
