Panasonic Cf-w5 bios password remove

Hi, i have a Panasonic Cf-W5 with the bios password, I tried remove cmos but problem didnot solve.
I uploaded the picture after remove cmos battery, It look like this is a Phoenix bios. The bios dump file in the link i attached

Please help me remove bios password.

post the bios here, not on other sites..
post S/N, full name and model, motherboard model, etc.

look for another bios chip and post the contents again, see both sides of the board..
