Found nothing related to CF-18, but similar issue with other model was here.

I think this is the best place AFAIK

Jaguar IDS Diagnostics Laptop aka Panasonic Toughbook CF-18
    Model: CF-18KHH65LE

Serial(?): sticker has two strings: A12345678910 and 5JKCA41210

    see attached picture

Laptop has some 3-4 separate boards in it. And they are not here with me now. So I cant give board model. Panasonic model string should tell which machine is in case.

    There you are

PC Cannot boot due it needs Supervisor Password to access BIOS Setup. Likely (what I have read) to unlock HDD / allow new HDD to be used.

HDD Lock / Supervisor Password was enables after BIOS CMOS Battery was disconnected (similar to CF-C2 case above).

Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 mk1 BIOS repair
        by aa10aa10
        Good day,

I have tried to remove BIOS supervisor password from Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 mk1. Model number CF-33AENABTG, unfortunately I don't have any other info.

I read the BIOS using afuwin, edited it and tried to flash new edited BIOS using afuwin. Unsuccessfully. Afuwin showed "Error: Problem erasing flash." starting with 0x00040000 and stoped. Then I tried many other options to flash BIOS from Windows without any luck. Finally i rebooted the device - and no post. Afterwards I have read the corrupted bios chip (MX25L12873F) using EZP2010 programmer....

        🛠️ MSI GP75 Leopard MS-17E71 – No Display, Deep BIOS/EC Troubleshooting
        by macabook
        Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a dead MSI GP75 Leopard (MS-17E71) motherboard (i7 CPU, NVIDIA GPU) with a no display/no backlight issue initially. After extensive investigation, I’m at a critical stage involving EC firmware, BIOS/ME region interaction, and possible deep corruption. I'm seeking advanced insight from anyone with experience in EC/BIOS sync issues or PCH-level behavior. Here’s a full breakdown:
        🧩 Initial Issue
        • Board powers on (fans spin, keyboard lights up and can be adjusted, caps lock led lights), but no display or backlight
        • External display (HDMI) shows

        by Loki_Fido
        Hi ya folks,

I have a HP Star Wars Special Edition laptop for fixing.
System pulls the right voltage and fan spins but nothing on the screen
        Im leaning towards BIOS.

Ive checked the BadCaps and found that HP 15-an***** are all 16MB files. But my lap has 8MB file.
So, i couldn't find my BIOS here.

Anyone happened to have this BIOS for me?

        ASUS TP500LA BIOS request/repair/merge?
        by jbonavita
Hi, my laptop wont boot at all
With original bios no POST, only LED lights
With alternative BIOS from model TP500LN (flashed via programmer) the notebook works again
        Some issues
        A- with bios from 500LN, it won't update from bios of model 500LA (from 500LN v203 to 500LA v300)
B- If updated from 500LN version 203 to 300, the battery stops being recognized

        Things I tried

1- Update / clear ME: Took the non working bios, made a backup, and did this: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...theory/trouble...
