Dell Latitude 5520 need bios for it

Just a footnote. I was using an Apple USB-C 90W charger for USB-C and this board would not boot unless I also had battery connected. When booted, it was identified as a 90W charger, and charged the battery fine with no throttling. I don't have a genuine Dell USB-C charger to see if it would boot with that (it may need the 135W charger to boot without battery). I wasted a bit of time not realising that as power sequence stops at RUN_ON_EC with charger only. Keep this in mind if troubleshooting one of these boards.

I also still had to reapply the Dell BIOS update to update all the other things like the EC and backup EC etc too. CMOS battery was also dead flat as well so remember to check that if you are doing one of these with boot looping.

I have already deleted the password, but for some reason none of the BIOSes from the internet not work work. Either there is no image, or it gets stuck on the Dell logo. Only this dump taken from the same laptop works, but because of the dirty ME, it takes a minute to start up. For some reason, I can't clear the ME region, and I can't find the right version. Please help me with the me cleanup. Thank you.

Please help me find a clean me BIOS for this laptop. The original BIOS flash drive was physically damaged, with a broken pin. None of the BIOSes from this forum with a clean region worked, nor did the BIOSes from Telegram channels and other forums. With them, the laptop either does not display an image, the backlight is on, the LED flashes 3 orange and 6 white, or it displays an image and hangs on the BIOS logo and also LED flashes 3 orange and 6 white. I also tried to take a dump from another laptop that is exactly the same with a dirty ME region. Everything works on it, but it takes 40 seconds to start up. We tried cleaning the ME region with 1000 different versions of ME, a bunch of specialists, but the behavior is the same on them, either it doesn't turn on or it freezes on the BIOS logo and flashes the LED as described earlier.
