orginal issue was frequent failure to power on. when it did turn on, the system ran extremely slowly. after a power reset, the keyboard light now flashes intermittently every 5 seconds, and the device cannot boot.

Hi guys can somebody help me and clean or fix my bios for Dell XPS 13 9365 - LA-D781P. When i switch on the laptop it shows the backlight keyboard for roughly 3 seconds and turn off. Service tag is J8M2NQ2. Here is the original dump

hello sir thank you help me a lot.
the password in the bios had been removed.
but when I re-installed a new win10 and connected with internet for a while I saw a message shows up.
