          THANK YOU QAYYUM NOW I HAVE THE IC NPC998HA0BX SHORTED IT GETS VERY HOT I THINK IT IS THEREFORE HEATING THE MOTHERBOARD BY PROGRAMMING THE CHIP SEVERAL TIMES
