The last few digits are usually a date/batch code , BAAxxx SY8286RAC i think .EDIT: i`m not 100% sure its the correct part number .

By the way,the schematic you asked for isn`t available yet.

I think that is likely it, I see a lot with the similar marking BAA5XA and BAA7NG

BAA=SY8286RAC. 100% sure about it.

Search for SMD CODE BOOK, it can help, sometimes, but it is difficult and some mfg's use custom numbers
