Laptop turns on power white led, and nothing else. No fan spin, no POST, nothing.
CPU and GPU are cold. I can see Im mising 1.2VP at pl3001 and +10v at PL7901
I think due to missing SUSP_N signal from ITE.
And yes, I've tried the bios from post#5

Got this hp elitebook 840 g8 that is flashing orange light when charger is connected. no power.
Apparently it had locked bios, but it went somewhere before coming here so I dont know what they did to the dump...

In fact, the dump I tried from post #4 was not well written, I compared the file on the chip before flashing yours, and it had differences with the original dump of post #4.

So its not related with the missing components, caps missing would not prevent the board from fully boot...she stays at 250mA cpu led on

In red the 3 sets of pads where the components were ripped off.
Not sure how many, but I remember there was a crushed resistor there before cleaning the area.
